Motherhood is a profound transition
Along with the joy and love, many women quietly experience a shift in identity, wondering where pieces of themselves went
within the constant rhythm of caring for a baby.
Sacred Sip is a gentle space created to honour both
the mother and the woman she still is.
In this baby-friendly gathering, mothers are invited to slow down, enjoy a cup of ceremonial cacao, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive community of other moms. Through guided reflection and relaxed sharing, the circle becomes a small pocket of time where you can breathe, tune inward, and remember the parts of yourself that exist beneath the surface of motherhood.
Babies are welcome exactly as they are
sleeping, feeding, or exploring beside you.
Many women who attend these circles stay connected long after,
often forming friendships that continue through the early years of motherhood.

What Is Cacao?
Cacao has been used traditionally throughout South & Central America for thousands of years as a way to connect deeper into the heart space. Unlike some plant medicines, cacao does not produce a hallucinogenic experience. The spirit of this plant focuses on a more subtle level of inner shifts and expansions.
By opening the heart, cacao allows one to connect to their truest self.
Providing space to process and release blockages, while realigning with the medicine we hold within.
Cacao circles help us to turn inwards, learn more about ourselves and explore our paths.
Sourcing and honouring culture is of extreme importance to me! I have travelled to various Central and South American countries over the last five years, sourcing and developing many relationships, from the growing, to the harvesting, to the packing and the shipping.
