I have completed my Master of Counselling at City University. I am working with a limited number of clients at a reduced sliding scale rate of $50-$70 per 50-minute session (Individuals) or $80-$120 per 90-minute session (Individuals, Couples & Relationships).

Session availability at this time includes:

Sundays - In-Person Maple Ridge (Whonnock) 

Monday - In-Person Port Moody & Online 

Tuesday - Online afternoons + evenings

Wednesday - Online afternoons + evenings

A little more about my counselling approach,

I view healing holistically, honouring the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects. As a counsellor, I desire to walk beside others as they explore components of themselves living beneath the surface, providing a space where the human experience is honoured in all its pieces. My approach to working with others is integrative, merging science and psychology with the unique medicine we each hold.
